At £299 per lodge, per stay, up to six people can enjoy a rural escape for as little as £50 each** . Plus, all bookings will receive a complimentary bottle of malt whisky upon arrival (worth up to £40).

• The Carrick, Loch Lomond, Scotland, 2-Bedroom Mansion House Apartment (sleeps four)

• Cameron House, Loch Lomond, Scotland, 1-Bedroom Lodge (sleeps four)

Each resort is set in a peaceful, rural location, with historic sites and attractions to explore nearby, plus walks, country pursuits, a spa, a swimming pool and a variety of leisure facilities. Lodges offer open-plan living areas with leather sofas, wood panelling, TVs and DVD players, as well as fully equipped kitchens, bed linen, towels, fine china and crystal glassware. Electricity consumed is charged on departure. Michelin-starred chef Martin Wishart has a restaurant at Cameron House.
